Ministry Groups
The areas of ministry are Education, Evangelism, Mission, and Worship.  Each area of ministry has a Coordinator who oversees the work of the Ministry Groups in that area.  The Coordinators are nominated by the Nominations Committee.  Each Ministry Group has a Chairperson who is nominated by the Nominations Committee.  The Ministry Groups meet as needed to do their tasks. The Coordinator works with the Chairperson to encourage, evaluate, guide, give spiritual support, and coordinate activities with other events on the church calendar.  The Coordinator may or may not attend Ministry Group meetings.  The Coordinators meet with the pastor and Ministry Associate who provide nurturing and support, spiritual growth opportunities, and resources.  After consulting with the staff on where volunteers are needed, visiting with persons, and discerning gifts and graces, the Spiritual Gifts Ministry Group under Evangelism guides members to a particular Ministry Group.
